Ever since I was a young boy in Cuba, I loved the Cadillac brand. It meant something important for someone in town to own a Cadillac back home. I was fortunate to moved to Miami and grew listening to the stories about how Cadillac’s from the 1950’s were still driven thru the streets of Cuba.
Many years later, I had the opportunity to visit Cuba and see them for myself. I fell in love with the brand. That old nostalgia of those Cuban cars that still roamed the land (60+ years later). Normally, American first auto brands for me.
For this reason, I bought myself a Cadillac just over a year ago. A beautiful Cadillac ATS. For this reason and the fact that my father owns a Chevy Silverado, and my wife a Chevy Cruze is that I support the GM brand. I think they make great cars, SUV’s and Trucks. I also support their initiative for both the Chevy Volt and Bolt. I think that’s the future. I am thankful and very fortunate to be able to own a Cadillac.
For this reason, I buy and support the GM stock. I just bought another $5 worth of GM stock to celebrate the photo I took today to write this post.
